It's caucus day in Iowa, but residents of the Hawkeye State have a different reason to be excited. Land values have risen by as much as 30 percent in the last year. It seems, despite the caucus, the hottest selling thing in Iowa right now is not political dirt, but 'dirt' dirt. Veteran auctioneer Jeff Obrecht sells an acre of land for as much as $13,450. Rock Center's Harry Smith points out what makes a bid. Sometimes all it takes is a wink and a nod.
