Faced with a flight emergency, a Polish pilot pulled off a remarkable feat of airmanship that saved hundreds of lives and made its way into aviation history. Actual video shot inside the plane's cabin show passengers in the moments before Capt. Tad Wrona made his incredible landing. Lester Holt reports.

Sisters Kaytlynn and Heather Welsch are all-stars in the adult world of endurance running. The girls, 12 and 10, are two of the fastest and youngest endurance runners in the country, often zipping past adults. Their extraordinary talent has left some questioning how far is too far to push such young runners? Kate Snow reports.

Author Chrisanna Northrup wanted to save her own marriage, so she looked into what makes couples happy. After surveying almost 100,000 people, she wrote about the results in her book "The Normal Bar," and found the happiest couples rank communication, friendship and sex the most fulfilling parts of their relationship. The host of SNL this week is Justin Bieber. On 49th Street outside Rockefeller Plaza fans started lining up in the cold waiting for standby tickets. Usually, SNL hands out the tickets on Saturday mornings, but fearing for the fans' safety, SNL handed them out early – along with some soup to keep them warm.
