Martha Karolyi, the team coordinator for the U.S. women's gymnastics team, has trained some of the greatest gymnasts of all time from Mary Lou Retton to Nadia Comenici. In an interview with NBC's Chris Jansing, Karolyi reflects on her career and the U.S. team's prospects at the London Olympics.
"We're working as hard as possible to be on the podium," Karolyi said. "I cannot say the color but we're definitely shooting for the medal for the Olympic Games."
