MY MOM !!! Dorothy Lee Southern - Pierce. She was in a convertible with a man Not my Dad. My Dad was in the Navy and over seas at the time I was 7 years old. OMG>
Ruht Roh!
this made me feel REALLY old
The swimsuits & dancing have changed over the last 50 years, but the attitudes, debauchery, & drinking have stood the test of time. Every person in this video is at least 70 years old now! Wonder if they still to the 'twist'?
The Year is 1962!!! I was born in 1959!!!! No I DO NOT RECOGNIZE ANYONE -- this video shows no NEGROES!!!!!!!! Along with the Vietnam War -- there was a Civil Rights Movement going on. Enjoyed the video of white folks having fun -- in contrast young Negroes were being chased by dogs and water hoses.
A very interesting look back 50 years. So much has changed and so little has changed at the same time.
I think I saw our friend that owns BIKINI CO in Ormond Beach, he was a life guard..and perhaps this was the first ground work for the store that now stocks 10's of Thousands of Bikinis, Swimwear and Beachgear in North Daytona at Bikini Co
Anyone recognize the guy without a shirt on sitting next to the girl in 21:27? I can't come up with his name but remember him.
